Payment information: Information required to process transactions. Note: Full payment information (e.g., credit card numbers) is managed directly by partner circuits (PayPal, Klarna, etc.) and is not transmitted or stored on our servers.

User Area Data: Order history, past and future reservations, preferences saved in the cart, interactions with support.

Browsing Data: IP addresses, browser type, information on pages visited (automatically collected for the operation of the site).

 

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

We process your data exclusively for the following purposes:

A. Service provision and booking management: To process orders for boat, jet ski, and guided tour rentals. Legal basis: Performance of a contract (Article 6, letter b, GDPR).

B. User Area Management: To allow registration (including via social login) and management of the user profile, cart, and notifications. Legal basis: Performance of a contract.

C. Payment Processing: To manage transactions through the payment gateways chosen by the user. Legal basis: Performance of a contract.

D. Compliance with legal obligations: For invoicing, accounting records, and compliance with the Italian Navigation Code and the provisions of the Port Authorities regarding the chartering and leasing of vessels. Legal basis: Legal obligation (Article 6, letter c, GDPR).

E. Customer Support and Messaging (WhatsApp/Social): To respond to support requests received via the website, WhatsApp Business, or our social media pages. Legal basis: Implementation of pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest.
