This document governs the use of the website, booking conditions, rental conditions, and the provision of guided tours offered by New Adventure Sea.

2. Scope of Service and Prices

Through the e-commerce platforms Shopify / Sumup / Official Website, New Adventure Sea offers booking services for boat and jet ski rentals and guided tours.

All prices listed on the website are in euros (€) and include 22% VAT.

 

3. Payment and Booking Methods

The reservation is considered confirmed only upon completion of payment of the indicated fee.

No security deposit is required for the use of the vehicles.

Payment can be made:

Directly online via the payment gateways integrated into the website.

In person at the operational headquarters before boarding.

 

4. Fuel Policy

Fuel management varies based on the type of service purchased:

Rental (with or without skipper/jet ski): Fuel is strictly the customer's responsibility. The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition, or consumption will be calculated upon return and paid at the dock according to the current rates.

Guided Tours: The cost of fuel is fully included in the price of the purchased package.

 

5. Navigation and Driving Requirements

The customer is required to comply with Italian laws (Navigation Code):

Rental WITH Nautical License: It is mandatory to present a valid original nautical license at check-in.

Rental WITHOUT Nautical License: Only permitted for vehicles with legally permitted engines (up to 40 HP). A valid driver's ID is required, as well as the signing of the handover report after the mandatory technical briefing.

Rental WITH Skipper Included: Navigation is entrusted to a professional sailor/driver provided by the company. The customer is required to follow the skipper's safety instructions.

Rental WITHOUT Skipper (Lease): The customer assumes legal custody of the vessel, engine, and equipment, and is civilly and criminally liable for any damage caused to themselves, third parties, or the vessel during the period of use.

 

6. Operating Rules, Limits, and Prohibitions

Minimum Age: The person making the reservation and signing the contract must be at least 18 years old. Minors are permitted on board only if accompanied by an adult who assumes full responsibility for them.

Delays: If the customer arrives late after the reservation time, the lost time cannot be made up and the return time will remain unchanged. No discounts or refunds will be applied for unused time.

Maximum Capacity: For safety reasons and in accordance with Coast Guard regulations, the maximum number of passengers permitted on the vessel may not be exceeded under any circumstances. Exceeding this limit will result in immediate cancellation of the service without refund.

No Animals: For hygiene and fabric/tube safety reasons, animals are not permitted on the dinghies.

Condition of Alteration: New Adventure Sea reserves the sole right to refuse boarding or delivery of the vessel if the customer or passengers are clearly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. In this case, the service will be canceled and no refund will be provided.

 

7. Liability for Damage (In the Absence of a Deposit)

Since a security deposit is not required at the time of rental, the customer explicitly agrees that, in the event of damage discovered to the vessel upon return (for example, but not limited to: damage to the propeller, hull, cushions, or loss of onboard equipment), New Adventure Sea will officially quantify the damage and simultaneously file a formal request for compensation for the exact amount of repair or restoration costs, without prejudice to legal action in the event of non-payment.

 

8. Cancellation Policy, Penalties, and No-Shows

In accordance with Article 59, letter n) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), since these are leisure activities services that have a specific date or period of performance, the right of free withdrawal within 14 days does not apply.
